What a filtered list is narrowed to, between the filter bar and the list, on
the light brand background so a filtered list never passes for the whole
one: the `label` (how much is shown), one `summary_item/1` per filter in use,
and Reset filters at the far end, which pushes `reset` to `target` like
`reset/1`. Render it only while something is filtered.
